30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period on all orders, excluding items purchased from our Archive Sale. To be eligible, returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Both returns and exchanges are available for online and in-store purchases.
Your options are:
- Exchanges (Free)
- Store credit (Free)
- Refunds ($12.50 return shipping & handling fee)
Please note:
- Our regular Returns Policy applies to all discounted and on-sale items, excluding Archive Sale.
- Products purchased from our Archive Sale are on final markdown and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We’re unable to accept returns on opened cushion inserts.
How to return or exchange your order:
- Follow this link and select the correct portal based on your location.
- Enter your order number (this can be found in your confirmation email) and email address, then click “Get Started".
- Select the item(s) from your order that you would like to return / exchange and tell us why.
- Choose whether you’d like to exchange your order or return it for a refund or store credit. If you’re exchanging, please select ‘Shop Now”, then choose the item you’re swapping to.
- Once you have reviewed your return, click ‘submit return’. Our system will then generate a shipping label.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original box (or suitable packaging) and attach the shipping label.
- Drop your parcel off at your nearest post office.
Please note that our warehouse team may take up to 10 business days to review and process your return.
