How to lodge a return or exchange?Updated a month ago

To start your return or exchange, simply submit a request through our returns portal. Follow the link here and select the correct portal based on your location.

Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email) along with your email address, then click “Get Started.”From there, select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and let us know the reason.

Next, choose your preferred option:

• Exchange (if exchanging, select “Shop Now” to pick your new item)

• Instant refund via Refundid

• Standard refund

• Store credit

Once you’ve reviewed everything, click “Submit Return.” Our system will generate a shipping label for you.

Finally, pack your item(s) securely (ideally in the original packaging), attach the shipping label, and drop your parcel off at your nearest post office.
