How can I lodge a return or exchange?Updated an hour ago

To lodge a return or exchange, simply submit a request through our online returns portal and select the correct portal based on your location.

Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and email address, then click ‘Get Started’.  From there:

1. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and let us know why.
2. Choose your preferred return method:
   • Exchange - select ‘Shop Now’ to choose your new item
   • Standard refund
   • Store credit
3. Review your request and click ‘Submit Return’.  Your shipping label will then be generated.
4. Pack your item(s) securely, ideally in the original packaging, attach the shipping label and drop your parcel off at your nearest post office.

Please note that our warehouse team may take up to 10 business days to review and process your return.
