Do I have to pay for return postage?Updated a month ago

For exchanges, return postage is free!  For refunds, there's a $12.50 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Getting your items back to us is easy – just print the shipping label from our returns portal and drop your package off at any post office.

If you don’t have a printer, just show the label on your phone at the post office and they'll print it for you.
