What is your returns policy for items purchased during Black Friday?Updated 6 months ago

Our standard returns policy applies during the Black Friday period. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return any change-of-mind purchases.

If you’re after a refund, there’s a $12.50 fee to cover admin and handling costs.

If you decide that you’d like to exchange for a different size and/or colour style for the same product, we’re happy to honour this exchange after the sale concludes.

Just remember, items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them for your return to be accepted.
